Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive business development.
  2. Identify and engage potential clients in the industrial automation sector.
  3. Generate enquiries, submit quotations, and close deals.
  4. Present products tailored to client needs and applications.
  5. Negotiate and finalize contracts.
  6. Maintain product expertise (e.g., Cam Indexers, motor drives) to offer effective solutions.
  7. Build and manage strong client relationships.
  8. Track sales activities using a CRM or database.
  9. Identify new market opportunities and growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of industrial automation systems.
  • Experience with Cam Indexers, motor drives, and PLC control panels preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
