Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Target Management:

Own the sales target for the floor.
Ensure that sales and support staff are performing their duties according to SOP.
Lead the sales and support team to achieve floor targets.

Customer and Architect Interaction:

Ensure that architects and customers are attended to and acknowledged promptly.
Ensure that leads are captured and quotations are provided to customers in a timely manner.
Follow up on leads and ensure quotations are discussed and closed.
Ensure indents are placed accurately and on time.
Update customers in advance if there are any issues with delivery.

Complaint Handling and Resolution:

Minimize customer complaints by ensuring proactive communication and efficient service.
Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.

Reporting and Administration:

Provide daily required reports to reporting managers and directors.
Act as the single point of contact for the Tiles and Hey Concrete business segment.
Prepare and manage department plans, shift schedules, and budgets.

Sales Executive:
Ensure leads are captured, quotations are provided, and sales are closed.
Sales Support Staff:
Support day-to-day operations and customer interactions.
Coordinator:
Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks.
