Job Description

Aurolab is looking for a Sales executives in the Ahmedabad location.

Role & responsibilities

  • Drive demand generation for Aurolab surgical products in assigned regions and customer segments through regular visits, building strong relationships, and showcasing product expertise.
  • Meet assigned growth targets and implement sales processes without deviation.
  • Collaborate with dealers to ensure seamless supply chain management and accurate data entry.
  • Execute product strategies and activities to achieve desired results.
  • Maintain a daily call average of 5.
  • Manage customer 360 files to track performance and achievements.
  • Adhere to organizational dress code and presentation standards.
  • Stay updated on technical knowledge and promote products ethically.
  • Obtain line manager approval for customer commitments.
  • Submit daily call reports, monthly tour plans, and expenses as per policy.
