Role & Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and develop customers
  • Handle inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate prices and terms
  • Follow up regularly with prospects and existing customers
  • Coordinate with accounts and logistics for order execution
  • Maintain customer data and sales records in CRM

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred)
  • 13 years experience in B2B sales (chemical/industrial products preferred)
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp business
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused
