About the Role:
We are looking for an ambitious Sales Executive with experience in the Banking/NBFC industry. You will play a critical role in driving financial product sales and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities:
-Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Build and nurture client relationships for repeat business.
- Conduct financial need analysis and suggest suitable products.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch/region goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1+ year experience in sales (Banking/NBFC).
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for growth.
-Strong interpersonal, networking, and persuasion skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
