Sales Executive

Studio AsA is hiring a Sales Executive / Customer Service with 0-1+ year of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, motivated individual with the capacity to create brilliant creative solutions & deliverables, have a keen eye for detail, and must be able to understand creative requirements & adhere to the same in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

Maintaining relationships with clients by making Calls and regular Visits, understanding Clients needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities Sending Quotations, Presentations, attending conferences/workshops maintaining personal /professional networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide information about products and services offered by the company
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify and escalate potential issues to management to ensure customer satisfaction
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve performance and customer service skills

• Candidates with excellent Communication Skills in English and Hindi, and great Sales skill
• Maintaining an up-to-date database with proper follow-ups.
• Fire in the belly for Sales conversion
• Good Listener and can do emails to Clients in an appropriate manner.

Salary - Basic Salary ( 3 - 5 LPA ), this is going to be a high Incentive job, so the more leads you convert the better you do in terms of commercials
