Site Supervisor (Interior Fit-out)

Salary Range: ₹3.6 – ₹4.5 LPA

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day site operations for commercial interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior project execution, vendor coordination, and quality control, with a proven ability to lead teams and ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the execution of interior fit-out works at project sites including civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and finishing works.
• Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors & vendors to ensure seamless execution on-site.
• Manage site schedules, track daily progress, and provide regular updates to the project manager or senior leadership.
• Monitor material deliveries, usage, and inventory to avoid delays or wastage.
• Ensure safety compliance, cleanliness, and discipline at the site.
• Perform quality checks and resolve any technical or execution issues as they arise.
• Maintain site documentation such as daily reports, attendance, and inspection logs.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant site supervision experience in commercial interior fit-out projects (offices.).
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, construction methods, and building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings accurately.
• Excellent coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; working knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
• Flexible to travel to project locations and work extended hours if required.
