Identify potential customers through B2B portal leads, or from existing data base of company, Cold-call, email, or engage in other forms of outreach to initiate contact with potential clients. Present products and services to potential clients in a compelling and clear manner. Demonstrate how the companys products/services can meet the clients needs and solve their requirements. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Understand customer needs and suggest right product from our wide range of machinery. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to position the companys products effectively. Continuously update knowledge of the company’s products/services to answer customer questions and address concerns confidently. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
