Maintenance & Repairs : Perform regular preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime. Troubleshooting : Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues in machinery and provide appropriate solutions. Customer Support : Provide on-site support to clients, addressing technical issues and providing training on equipment usage. Documentation : Maintain detailed service records, including reports on repairs, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered. Product Knowledge : Stay updated on new machinery models, service techniques, and company products to provide informed technical assistance. Inventory Management : Manage and track parts, tools, and equipment required for servicing machinery. Report Generation : Prepare service reports and document all activities conducted during each service visit Travel Requirements : Ability to travel to customer sites regularly (some overnight travel may be required).
