Installation & Commissioning : Oversee the installation and setup of machinery at client locations, ensuring it is fully operational according to specifications. Maintenance & Repairs : Perform regular preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime. Troubleshooting : Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues in machinery and provide appropriate solutions. Customer Support : Provide on-site support to clients, addressing technical issues and providing training on equipment usage. Documentation : Maintain detailed service records, including reports on repairs, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered. Product Knowledge : Stay updated on new machinery models, service techniques, and company products to provide informed technical assistance. Inventory Management : Manage and track parts, tools, and equipment required for servicing machinery. Report Generation : Prepare service reports and document all activities conducted during each service visit Travel Requirements : Ability to travel to customer sites regularly (some overnight travel may be required).

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to position the companys products effectively. Continuously update knowledge of the company’s products/services to answer customer questions and address concerns confidently. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
