1. Prepare a weekly sales plan with support from the AGM (Sales & Marketing)
2. Create and develop a network of referring physicians & hospitals / NH / Clinic in their own respective areas.
3. Give proper feedback and information to assist the AGM (Sales & Marketing) in classifying their potential to refer to Sterling.
4. Achieve targets assigned and execute the referral plan.
5. Assist and follow the tracking mechanism and also give updated news of their referred patients as and when they are sent.
6. Meet visiting consultants/physicians as per the weekly sales plan with the overall objective of generating referral patient volume
7. Appraise doctors on facilities available in the hospital; update doctor on various events/programmes that may happen from time to time
8. Inform on various kinds of referral incentives that are available to the referring consultant from Sterling Hospital
9. Address/raise any issues that the referring doctor may have with Sterling; any issues that cannot be addressed at an individual level to be raised with the senior management (Sr. Manager Referrals & Outreach)
10. Facilitate patient admission & ensure effective patient co-ordination; in case of patient referral the relationship officer shall inform the coordinator at the Hospital
11. Ensure regular feedback on patient condition to referring doctor
12. Follow-up on timely delivery of referral incentive on patient discharge; copy of discharge summary to referring doctor
1. Information dissemination on the event to target doctors/physicians in the respective geography
2. Distribution of marketing collateral on the event in the respective geography
3. Inviting target doctors/physicians to the event (depending on the requirement of the event)
4. Manage the administrative/logistical requirement for conducting the event under the guidance of the Senior Manager & Head – Referral & Outreach Programme
5. Support/Identify venues for the purposes of conducting outreach OPDs of Sterling hospitals as a part of the outreach programme
1. Aid in organizational knowledge/capacity building by undertaking market studies of respective geographies on medical facilities/doctors/practices/referral incentives etc.
1. Submit the daily sales report to the AGM (Sales & Marketing); highlight any issues raised by doctors
2. Submit report on patients during the week, participate in weekly discussions on targets achieved during the week, feedback of direct sales initiatives, key issues raised by doctors and target setting for the next week
