Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new clients in export-import, CHA, manufacturing, and trading sectors.

  • Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business.

  • Generate leads, make cold calls, and fix meetings with potential clients.

  • Share quotations, negotiate rates, and close deals.

  • Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth execution.

  • Prepare daily reports and maintain CRM/Sales database.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6months 1 years of experience in sales (preferably in freight forwarding/logistics).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in email writing, Excel, and CRM tools.

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
