SS GOLD INDUSTRIES PVT LTD is a leading supplier and distributor of innovative mobility and agricultural solutions, specializing in Electric Vehicles (E-Rickshaws, E-Scooters), high-performance batteries, and a complete range of farming machinery like Power Weeders, Water Pumps, Brush Cutters, Rice Mills, Reapers, and their parts.

With a growing B2B dealer and distributor network across India, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and unmatched post-sales support. We are now hiring a dynamic and dedicated Post-Sales Executive B2B to manage client relations and ensure exceptional service post-purchase.

Key Responsibilities

Handle post-sales support for B2B clients (dealers, distributors, service centers) across the EV and farming machinery product range

Address and resolve client complaints, product issues, warranty claims, and service requests

Coordinate with logistics, technical, and product teams for part replacements, service dispatches, or returns

Monitor warranty service turnaround times and follow up for timely resolutions

Maintain detailed records of service calls, issue logs, and feedback

Visit clients or service partners (if needed) to assess product performance and satisfaction

Train dealers or service staff on basic product knowledge and troubleshooting

Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and trust

Support periodic service campaigns, dealer training programs, and customer feedback drives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile Engineering or a relevant field

4–5 years of experience in B2B customer support, after-sales, or technical service

Basic technical knowledge of EVs, batteries, and agricultural equipment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts

Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools

Willingness to travel to client or distributor locations if required

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in EV, automotive, or agri-machinery industries

Understanding of spare parts logistics and warranty claim handling

Fluency in Hindi and English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus

Experience managing dealer networks or rural customer segments
