Motion Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create visually engaging motion graphics for video, social media, web, and other digital platforms
  
• Collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and production teams to develop concepts and storyboards
  
• Animate characters, objects, and environments in 2D/3D as needed
  
• Edit and composite video elements with audio, text, and visual effects
  
• Stay current with design trends and best practices to continuously improve content quality
  
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar role
  
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop (and optionally, Cinema 4D or Blender)
  
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and color theory
  
• Ability to interpret briefs and translate abstract ideas into visuals
  
• A portfolio showcasing strong motion design and animation skills
  
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and creative thinking skills
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with 3D modeling and animation
  
• Basic video editing and sound design knowledge
  
• Familiarity with UI/UX motion design or interactive media
