Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Generate leads through various channels such as social media, networking, and referrals.
Conduct field sales activities to meet potential customers and promote financial products like business loans, personal loans, loan against property (LAP), and mortgage loans.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to achieve sales targets.
Build strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-5 years of experience in direct sales or field sales in the finance industry.
Strong understanding of financial products including business loans, personal loans, LAPs, mortgages, etc. .
Excellent communication skills for effective lead generation and relationship-building.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting monthly targets.
