Key Responsibilities

About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and driven B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is 70% focused on new business development and sales, and 30% on after-sales customer support to ensure long-term client satisfaction.

Sales (70%)

• Identify and approach potential B2B clients through calls, emails, visits, and networking
• Understand client needs and pitch relevant services or solutions·
• Give presentations, product demos, and build customized proposals
• Negotiate and close deals with decision-makers and procurement teams
• Maintain accurate records in CRM software
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

After-Sales Support (30%)

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services or products
• Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction
• Handle minor complaints or requests, and escalate issues when necessary
• Support clients with documentation, reports, or service-related updates
• Build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals

Key Skills Required

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confident in negotiation and deal closing
• Knowledge of B2B sales processes and CRM tools
• Basic Excel and report handling skillsAbility to manage both sales goals and customer satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
