Sales Executive

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Sales Executive who can confidently pitch advertising and branding solutions and clearly communicate the value and benefits our services deliver to clients. The candidate should understand client challenges and convert them into successful business opportunities through impactful presentations and strategic selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business through networking, meetings, calls and digital outreach.
• Create powerful sales pitches that highlight customer benefits, ROI and how our services solve client problems.
• Understand clients’ goals and propose suitable advertising, branding and marketing solutions.
• Present ideas, proposals and campaign concepts in a structured and convincing manner.
• Build strong long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Achieve monthly revenue & performance targets.
• Collaborate with creative, content and production teams to deliver promised results to clients.
• Maintain detailed lead and follow-up records using CRM or internal systems.
• Conduct competitor and market research to strengthen sales strategy.
• Manage pricing, negotiations and deal closures professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in advertising / digital marketing / media sales preferred.
• Strong communication, storytelling, pitching and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain clearly what benefits clients receive by choosing our services.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence to speak with decision-makers and corporate clients.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated and driven by performance.
• Good command of MS Office, emails and online communication tools.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
