Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Sales executives actively seek new prospects through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and social media. They identify potential clients and develop strategies to engage them. 2
• Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients is essential. Sales executives ensure customer satisfaction and retention by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. 2
• Sales Presentations and Proposals: They prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of the company's products or services. 2
• Negotiation and Closing Sales: Sales executives negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals effectively. They must provide transparent and accurate information to facilitate the decision-making process. 2
• Sales Strategy Development: They develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. This includes setting individual quotas and timelines for achieving goals. 2
• Market Research: Conducting market research to understand industry trends and customer needs is vital. This information helps in tailoring sales approaches and identifying new opportunities. 2
