Location: Bangalore Industry: Lubricants / Industrial , Automotive Role Type: Full-time, Field Sales About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and driven Field Sales Hunter to join our team in Bangalore. The role involves managing key handed-over accounts while actively hunting and developing new business opportunities in the lubricants industry. If you are passionate about sales, enjoy building strong client relationships, and are motivated to achieve targets within budget, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow existing key accounts handed over by the company. Identify, approach, and acquire new accounts in the lubricants field. Develop strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth. Understand client needs and provide the right product solutions. Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide market feedback and insights to the management team. Desired Candidate Profile Experience: Prior experience in lubricant sales/field sales is preferred. Freshers Welcome: Confident freshers with strong interest and aptitude for sales are encouraged to apply. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Target-oriented with a "hunter mindset" to chase and close new opportunities. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Bangalore-based or willing to relocate.
