We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Executive to join our team and ensure smooth handling of client shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Air & Sea).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable freight solutions.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Regularly follow up with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

• 0–4 years of experience in sales/business development (preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping).
• Freshers with strong communication and negotiation skills are also welcome.
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills.
• Ability to meet targets and work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-focused mindset.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Own client base in freight forwarding will be an added advantage.
