Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our solar energy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales for rooftop solar installations across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for rooftop solar projects
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with technical teams for feasibility assessments
• Present tailored solar solutions to clients, including system design, ROI analysis, and financing options
• Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure post-sale satisfaction
• Collaborate with engineering, project, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution
• Stay updated on solar industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in solar or renewable energy
• Strong understanding of solar PV systems and rooftop project dynamics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
• Self-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Willingness to travel and conduct field visits

Preferred Skills

• Experience with government tenders or subsidy programs
• Familiarity with net metering policies and DISCOM regulations
• Multilingual communication skills (regional languages a plus)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
