As a Sales / Sr. Sales Executive in the Solar industry - Commercial segment at Vardhan Solar (Vsole solar energy pvt. ltd.), your role will involve generating leads and closing deals for solar energy solutions with businesses, factories, and other commercial clients. You will actively generate new commercial business opportunities through networking, cold calls, referrals, and online platforms. Meeting with potential and existing commercial clients, assessing their energy needs, and providing detailed information on solar energy solutions will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct site visits and gather technical information to determine the feasibility of solar installations for commercial properties. - Create customized sales proposals and financial models that address the specific requirements and energy needs of commercial clients. - Negotiate pricing and contracts to close sales deals and establish long-term partnerships. - Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management. Qualification Required: - Proven work experience in sales, particularly in the solar industry or B2B sales. - Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is often preferred. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. - A proactive, self-motivated, and outgoing personality to build lasting client relationships. - Willingness to travel to client sites and work flexible hours.
