Job Title: Sales Executive – Photography & Events

About Us:
Kettimela is a creative wedding photography and event planning team, offering photography, cinematography, and decoration services for weddings, receptions, and special events. The sales team focuses on converting enquiries into confirmed bookings and giving clients a professional, friendly experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle enquiries from Meta ads, WhatsApp, calls, and references, and respond quickly.
Call/message leads, understand event details (date, venue, budget, requirements), and suggest suitable photography and décor packages.
Explain our work, show sample photos/videos, and clearly present package details, add-ons, and pricing.
Follow up regularly, negotiate, and close bookings with advance payment.
Update lead status in Google Sheets/CRM (new, warm, hot, booked, lost) and plan daily follow-ups.
Coordinate with the operations team to share client requirements and ensure smooth event execution.
Maintain good client relationships for repeat bookings and referrals.
Requirements:
Fluent in Tamil and English for calls, WhatsApp, and in-person discussions.
1–3 years of sales experience preferred (photography/events/hospitality/service industry). Motivated freshers also considered.
Strong communication and convincing skills; comfortable working with monthly targets and follow-ups.
Interest in weddings, events, and photography is an added plus.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, calls, and Google Sheets/CRM for updating leads.
Own mobile is mandatory; two-wheeler and laptop are added advantage.
Offer:
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience) + performance-based incentives.
Job Type: Full-time, from office – Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore.
