Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Cuttack. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients, and converting prospects into customers. Key tasks include understanding clients' insurance needs, explaining policy details, closing sales, and conducting follow-ups. The Sales Executive will also be expected to maintain relationships with clients, provide after-sales support, and achieve sales targets. salary 12,000 + incentives, bonuses etc depend upon your performance. Qualifications Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of various insurance products (life, health, motor, home) Ability to conduct market research and understand client needs Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant experience in the insurance industry is a plus 12th pass and above.
