Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and field-oriented sales professional to lead the promotion and sales of Fischer and BOSCH products in the Pune market. The candidate will be responsible for generating enquiries, meeting consultants, applicators, and project decision-makers, explaining product features, submitting proposals, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit construction sites, real estate projects, consultants, and applicators to promote Fischer products
Generate and follow up on leads and enquiries.
Attending enquiries received through social media marketing or B2B portal.
Prepare and submit quotations/offers based on project requirements
Negotiate terms and close sales
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry
Report market intelligence and competitor activities to management
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Candidate Profile:
Required:
Solid knowledge of the Pune real estate and construction industry
Ability to identify and approach key decision-makers like project engineers, purchase heads, consultants, etc.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel within Pune and surrounding areas
Preferred:
Educational background in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
OR, MBA with a background or experience in the construction industry
Prior experience in B2B sales, project sales, or industrial products is a plus (not mandatory)
