Key Responsibilities:

Curate customized domestic and international holiday packages (FIT/GIT) based on client preferences and budget.
Assist clients with
visa documentation
, application processes, appointment scheduling, and embassy follow-ups.
Facilitate
foreign exchange (forex)
services as per client travel plans, coordinating with authorized partners.
Offer and process
travel insurance
options suited to client destinations and profiles.
Handle
air ticket bookings
(domestic & international) with accuracy and timely execution.
Maintain relationships with B2C/B2B clients through follow-ups and referrals.
Generate new business leads and meet assigned sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions, bookings, and client communications.

Requirements:

Graduate with 13 years of experience in travel sales or a related field.
Familiarity with visa processes, GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo), and travel regulations.
Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple client requirements simultaneously.
