Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sell Gold, Diamond, Platinum, and Silver products.
Manage and operate the sales counter.
Verify stocks/items received from the store room tally with the previous day's closing stock.
Display all items correctly as per the approved format, ensuring trays are filled without empty slots.
Maintain and keep the sales kit ready at all times.
Check the quality and quantity of products.
Handle customers independently and address their queries.
Attend to customers by providing refreshments such as cool drinks, tea, and coffee.
Manage customer reservations, modifications, cancellations, exchanges, and home deliveries.
Prepare estimates, inform customers of the correct purchase value, enter it in the counting slip, and hand it over to the cash counter personally.
Ensure a positive customer experience to encourage repeat visits to Khazana.
