Role & responsibilities Plan and meet dentists as per the list set by organization under the guidance of reporting manager. Plan and prepare monthly field tour plan in advance and adhere to the same. Report to the reporting manager on day-to-day activities at least once a week or as suggested by the regional manager. Probe and promote Septodont brands to the dentists commensurate to their class of practice and requirements. Build brands with scientific communication given by the organization. Collaborate with the team to enhance their business operations and support their career growth. Ensure the areas assigned such has quarterly and annual budget set by the organization to be achieved product wise and value wise Attend weekly meetings with the team to decide action plan as and when required to monitor the sales progress and decide course of action accordingly Ensure implementation of the companys marketing strategies and policies. Ensure optimum inventory at Dealer level and timely retirement of outstanding. Key Skills: Territory Management & Field Planning Sales Target Achievement & Product Promotion Scientific Communication & Brand Building Stakeholder Relationship Management (Dentists & Dealers) Team Collaboration & Reporting Preferred candidate profile Minimum 2 years of experience in sales Experience in the pharmaceutical or dental industry preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Willingness to travel for fieldwork and client meetings Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
