Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective customer engagement and relationship management. This role requires a blend of technical sales expertise and exceptional communication skills to meet the needs of our clients in the technology sector.

Duties

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
• Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Utilize Salesforce software to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and report on sales performance.
• Collaborate with the business development team to identify market trends and potential areas for growth.
• Present technical solutions to clients, demonstrating how our products meet their needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate product benefits.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, particularly in technology or technical sales environments.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• A proactive approach to outbound calling and lead generation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
