Sales Executive

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching ScrapEco’s services, and closing sales that align with our mission of sustainable impact.

• Pitch ScrapEco’s services to potential B2B and B2C clients including businesses, industries, residential complexes, and institutions
• Understand client requirements and provide customized waste management solutions
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
• Negotiate and close deals, meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
• Track sales activities and update records regularly in the CRM system
• Stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry developments

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales; experience in waste management or environmental services is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and field visits
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,775.05 - ₹34,403.61 per month
