The Role: Were seeking an ambitious, hard-working and results-driven Sales Executive to drive our market expansion and revenue growth efforts in the musculoskeletal pain management industry. Your primary responsibility is to achieve sales and meet your periodic sales targets, arrange and visit doctors / practitioners frequently to develop deep relationships and drive sales and expand market share. Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales for the business and meet periodic sales targets Create list of doctors / physiotherapists / retailers / distributors in the area and keep the information updated at all times This is an on-field sales role involving visiting doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams Making presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses in GP surgeries, hospital doctors and pharmacists in the retail sector. Monitoring sales performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to Regional and Zonal heads. Create plans like the Field Coverage Plan, Sales and Prescription Reporting Plans, Sales Incentive Plan etc. Monitor sales activity through tracking of sales MIS, formulate rolling sales plans to ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets Ensure forecasting accuracy by driving feedback from the sales team and with close coordination with the marketing team. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends. Provide product training and support to the sales team. Lumov, a unit of Acontor Innovations Private Limited Communicate key marketing strategies to the team and conduct group / individual interactions to check on overall understanding of the marketing strategy by field force. Provide time-phased, qualified reports on achievement and activities Required Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the medical devices or healthcare industry, preferably in Orthopaedics. Education: Bachelors degree in any field, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare. Tech Skills: Proficient in excel, power point, google suits (drive, sheets, docs, etc).
