Job Description

SALES EXECUTIVE We are seeking a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive for SBM TVS (Two-Wheeler Showroom) to assist in the expansion of our business activities. The responsibilities of this position include identifying and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating agreements, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate a capacity for rapid learning, and exhibit a passion for sales. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office is required. Required skills include: - Ensuring the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations. - Negotiating and closing deals, as well as addressing complaints or objections. - Collaborating with team members to achieve optimal results. - Developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and remaining informed about industry trends and competitor activities. - Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, managing customer data, and generating reports on sales performance and progress. - Serving as a point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing after-sales support. - Exhibiting excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction. - Demonstrating the ability to negotiate terms and persuade clients to finalize purchases. - Possessing a strong understanding of the sales process, alongside the ability to close deals effectively. - Exhibiting a strong drive to meet monthly or annual revenue goals. - Understanding customer needs and building lasting relationships.
