On-Site Sales Executive / Salesperson (Full-Time – Karnal)

About the Role:

We’re looking for an energetic and confident On-Site Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will engage directly with walk-in clients, showcase our projects, build relationships, and close sales. If you have great communication skills and enjoy meeting people, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist walk-in clients or site visitors.
• Explain project details, pricing, and offers clearly and confidently.
• Conduct site visits and highlight key features.
• Maintain a professional and persuasive attitude during interactions.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
• Maintain daily reports and customer records.
• Collaborate with the marketing and management team for promotions and events.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales (Real Estate, Industrial, or Commercial industry preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Must be comfortable working on-site and meeting clients daily.
• Basic computer or mobile CRM knowledge is a plus.
