With a focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our footprint in the Pune region and looking for passionate sales professionals to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Bindusara Paints products to dealers, distributors, contractors, and retail outlets in the Pune region.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations, color consultations, and technical presentations to clients.
• Manage collections and ensure timely payment from customers.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit weekly reports to management.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams for smooth delivery and order fulfillment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Minimum HSC / Graduate (preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field).
• Experience: 1–5 years of field sales experience, preferably in paints, building materials, or construction products.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
• Strong local market knowledge (Pune region).
• Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience) + Incentives + Travel Allowance.
• Incentives: Performance-based monthly/quarterly incentives.
• Benefits: Fuel reimbursement, mobile allowance, and opportunities for career growth.
