Experience Required: 3–5 years

Industry Preference: Solar (Modules / Inverters background preferred)

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Solar Sales professional to drive business growth in Uttar Pradesh. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the solar domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the solar rooftop and utility market within UP.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
• Promote and sell solar solutions, with a focus on modules and inverters.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and government policies related to solar.
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, and finance) to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Engineering / Business Management (preferred, but not mandatory if strong experience).
• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the solar industry.
• Strong preference for candidates from module or inverter sales background.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong network in the solar industry across UP will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
