Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive Lubricant Retail Business

• Identify and visit retail outlets, workshops, garages, and service centers to promote lubricant products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with mechanics, retailers, and small distributors.
• Generate new leads in assigned territories and convert them into active customers.
• Achieve monthly volume and revenue targets for lubricant sales.

Product Promotion

• Educate retailers and mechanics about product features, benefits, and usage.
• Conduct counters visits, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
• Ensure proper product placement and visibility at retail points.

Order Management

• Take regular orders from retailers and ensure timely delivery.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure smooth collections.

Market Intelligence

• Track competitor products, pricing, and promotional schemes.
• Report market trends and customer feedback to the management for decision-making.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily sales reports, customer visit logs, and order records.
• Use CRM / Excel sheets to track customer interactions and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 13 years of experience in lubricant sales or FMCG/automobile spare parts sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of automotive oils (engine oil, gear oil, grease, coolant, etc.) is an advantage.
• Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM, )
• Diploma in Mech / Any Graduate with Automotive Channel Sales Experience

• Existing network of mechanics, retailers, and auto shops.
• Field sales experience with two-wheeler and four-wheeler segments.
• Self-driven, hardworking, and target-oriented.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: 25 to 30 K per month
• Travel allowance / Petrol reimbursement
