• Make daily outbound calls to authors, writers, and leads.
• Present Ritera’s offerings clearly and persuasively.
• Understand client needs and match them with publishing solutions.
• Follow up with leads to close conversions.
• Maintain call records and report performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.

✅ Requirements

• Experience:

  1 to 4 years in marketing, tele sales, or client-facing roles.

• Education:

  Any degree (Marketing/Communication background is a plus).

• Must have excellent communication skills

  (spoken and written).
• Confidence in client handling and closing deals.
• Passion for books, writing, or publishing is a bonus.
