Job Description

Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive sales and business growth in the Industrial Electrical Equipment sector, focusing on Gensets, Transformers, Servo Stabilizers, and Elevators. The role involves direct interaction with clients, understanding their technical requirements, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction in assigned territories. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field sales activities by visiting industrial clients, construction companies, commercial projects, and other target customers. Generate new leads and identify business opportunities in the Genset, Transformer, Servo Stabilizer, and Elevator market segments. Understand customer requirements, technical specifications, and recommend appropriate products and solutions. Prepare and present product quotations, commercial proposals, and negotiate commercial terms to close sales. Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key customers, contractors, and project consultants. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers. Coordinate with the internal technical and service teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and resolve customer queries. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets as per company guidelines. Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis for management review. Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
