Role Overview: We’re hiring a smart, dynamic, and driven Sales Executive who is confident in English communication, understands the landscape of international dance companies, and can pitch, network, and generate leads across multiple verticals. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone young, ambitious, and looking to grow within the entertainment industry. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Reach out to: National and international schools for Academic Dance Program tie-ups and annual day choreography Event and production companies for show choreography and entertainment bookings Lounges, clubs, and venues to book live gigs for Founder & Director, Richard D'Costa who is also a gifted singer along with his musical crew. Wedding planners and sangeet organisers for full wedding choreography projects Corporate companies for dance workshops and wellness programs Client Communication: Write professional emails, DMs, and LinkedIn messages using fluent and polished corporate English Manage follow-ups, proposals, and updates with clarity and professionalism Strategy & Revenue Growth: Understand the revenue models of top-tier dance companies Suggest new opportunities or client categories for revenue generation Get rewarded with extra bonuses for strategy-driven results Who we are looking for: Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written) Smart, confident, and well-organized Aware of how international dance academies function (e.g., Shiamak, Terence, Ashley Lobo) Knowledgeable about social media platforms like Instagram & LinkedIn for lead generation Able to write professional DMs, emails, and messages that connect with corporate clients Based in Mumbai for in-person weekly meetings (preferred) What You Get: Commission-Based Income: Earn a percentage of every successful project you close — the more you bring, the more you earn Performance Bonuses: Bring 5+ projects in a month?
