Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting company products/services effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and product recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Maintain accurate sales records, follow-ups, and client data.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to understand competitor activity and market trends.
• Resolve customer queries and issues promptly to enhance customer experience.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities.

• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
• Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools
