Sales Executive Real Estate

You will be part of a leading Real Estate advisory firm based in Gurugram and your main responsibility will be to identify potential clients, promote real estate projects, and close sales. The ideal candidate for this Sales Executive role should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong interest in sales. Your key responsibilities will include generating leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals, as well as understanding client requirements to offer suitable property options. You will conduct site visits, negotiate deals, and ensure customer satisfaction. Building and maintaining relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals will be crucial, along with meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets. To qualify for this role, you should hold a graduate degree or equivalent in any field. While freshers are welcome, candidates with 1-3 years of sales experience, particularly in real estate, are preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and target-oriented approach are essential. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is required, and having a two-wheeler for site visits is preferred.
