Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager / Sales Executive to handle real estate sales operations, manage client relationships, and drive conversions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, real estate sales experience, and a target-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for real estate projects
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Conduct site visits and property presentations
• Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
• Negotiate deals and assist clients through the booking process
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams and developers
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work full-time in an on-site role
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/BBA preferred)
