Job Description

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Handle residential customer enquiries via different channels (telephone, e-mail, agents, walk-ins etc.)
Develop a rapport with customers and arrange for / personally take the customer on site visits
Arranging Site visits and follow-up for sales closures
Scout for new sales opportunities through client references
Regularly interact with customers and respond to all customer queries and complaints; Escalate issues to superiors
To develop a network of channel partners.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Learn to manage and nurture client relationships to foster customer loyalty and business growth.
