Sales Executive for Igatpuri Site:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing sales, nurturing long-term client relationships, and contributing to business development and marketing strategies. This role is best suited for individuals who are self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about real estate sales.

Product: NA Plots + Luxury Apartments + Residential Building

Experience: 5- 10 years in real estate

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate revenue by identifying and securing sales opportunities through both existing client relationships and new lead generation.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
• Promote and market real estate projects to potential buyers and investors.
• Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about competitive offerings and customer needs.
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sales support and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Gender: Male candidates only. (Females can also apply who are willing to work on sites)
• Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of proven sales experience in the real estate industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Languages: Fluency in English, Marathi, and Hindi is required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and general computer applications.
• Other Requirements: Must own a personal vehicle and possess a valid driving license; knowledge of NA Plots will be an add on advantage.

Location: Igatpuri

Salary: 30k-40k per month

Benefits: 2 lacs accidental policy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
