Role & responsibilities

Lead Generation & Client Engagement:
Identify potential clients through various channels, follow up on leads, and build strong relationships with prospective buyers.
Sales & Deal Closure:
Present property details, handle client queries, conduct site visits, and negotiate effectively to close deals.
Field Visits & Marketing:
Visit client locations and project sites regularly. (Own vehicle preferred)
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on local real estate trends, buyer preferences, and competitor activities.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with marketing and project teams to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile:

13 years of experience in
real estate sales
(preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Fluency in
Telugu, Hindi, and English
Driving license and own vehicle
preferred for field work
Self-driven, proactive, and target-focused
