Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal

candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain

client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Sales Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting

key features and benefits.

Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Sales Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and support them.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

Customer Support: Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients.

Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and online communication tools.

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Personality: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: ₹66,000.00 - ₹83,000.00 per month
