Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and closing property sales while providing an exceptional client experience. This role involves direct interaction with buyers, site visits, negotiations, and coordination with internal teams to achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, networking, referrals, and site visits.
• Conduct property tours and presentations for potential buyers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable properties from available listings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Negotiate deals and assist clients through the sales process from inquiry to closing.
• Maintain updated knowledge of property listings, pricing, features, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as booking forms, agreements, and client communications.
• Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with a passion for real estate.
• Familiarity with local property markets, regulations, and legal aspects of real estate sales.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online listing platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
