Job Title: Sales & Operations Executive – Solar Industry📍 Location: Shahjahanpur (UP)🕒 Employment Type: Full-time 🏢 About Us: We are a growing solar energy company committed to providing sustainable and cost-effective energy solutions. Our services include residential, commercial, and industrial solar installations. We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven Sales & Operations Executive to support daily business functions and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Handle daily email communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Prepare and maintain sales reports, client databases, and follow-up trackers. Support the sales team in lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals. Maintain proper records of quotations, invoices, and client interactions. Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients. Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Good communication skills (written & verbal) in English and Hindi. Strong computer skills (MS Office, email drafting, data entry & reporting). Prior experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector (not mandatory but preferred). Strong organizational and time management skills.
