Job Title: Sales Executive (Steel Industry)

Location: Kolkata (Reporting to Head Office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage strong relationships with clients in the steel industry.
• Drive consistent sales growth through new client acquisition and existing account management.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and customer satisfaction.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Engineering preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the steel industry.
• Excellent track record of achieving sales targets.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and result-driven personality.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively as part of a team.

Compensation:

• Full-time position.
• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 CTC per month.
• For highly eligible and proven candidates, salary is negotiable (no bar for the right talent).
