Job Description

Identify, prospect, and qualify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, networking, and market research to drive consistent sales pipeline growth while ensuring strong relationship-building with leads.
Understand customer requirements thoroughly and recommend appropriate products or services, delivering clear presentations, demos, or proposals to support informed decision-making and achieve higher conversion rates.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to order closure, including negotiation on pricing, terms, and timelines, while adhering to company policies, revenue targets, and compliance standards.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure repeat business, address concerns, resolve escalations promptly, and enhance overall customer satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, credit, logistics, and customer support to ensure seamless order processing, timely service delivery, and effective execution of sales commitments.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights that support product improvements, sales strategy refinement, and targeted promotional campaigns.
Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, update CRM systems, document client interactions, and present performance metrics to management for planning and forecasting.
