Prodancy is an innovative medical device startup focused on creating cost-effective and high-value surgical solutions for joint replacement surgeries. The company has launched the Vizbl Surgical Helmet, which is 40% lighter and 50% more cost-effective than competitors. Its unique design provides superior comfort and AAMI Level 3 protection for orthopedic surgeons, surgical staff, and patients. Prodancy is dedicated to enhancing surgical experiences through cutting-edge and user-friendly medical devices.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and exploring new sales opportunities, setting up meetings with potential clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets. The role also involves providing product demonstrations, supporting the implementation of marketing strategies, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
Ability to Analyze Market Trends and Develop Strategies
Knowledge of the Medical Devices Industry is a strong advantage
Ability to work independently and effectively in an on-site environment
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
